When it comes to thriving in today’s economy and market, continuous improvement is vital to the success of any organization. It is part of MAU’s mission and values, and by using lean principles, as well as risk management efforts, we work to help all of our customers focus on continuously improving and becoming stronger companies. And it is just as important for MAU to do the same, internally. 

Earlier this year, MAU partnered with a a satisfaction research firm to take a pulse of our relationships with clients and find out how we are doing as a provider of workforce solutions. Our hope was to gain feedback that would serve as a baseline of our current performance and help measure areas of both strength and opportunity. 

The results have provided great feedback and a pathway to continue and strengthen our business, in order to ultimately serve all of our customers better: applicants, clients, and employees.
