Augusta, GA (August 9, 2017) –  MAU Workforce Solutions, a family-owned global staffing, recruiting, and outsourcing company founded in 1973, has awarded Alison South as Supplier of the Year. This is the inaugural Supplier of the Year award for MAU, created to recognize key supplier partners.  MAU values their supplier relationships and recognizes that these partners greatly contribute to the success of the organization.  Numerous supplier partners help MAU achieve their vision statement of making lives better for applicants, clients, and employees. 

Internal MAU teams were offered the opportunity to submit nominees for the award at the end of 2016, and the nominees were reviewed by a selection committee.  All nominations were required to have a minimum of a six month relationship with MAU, and they had to make an impact on making lives better.  They were evaluated based on a thorough scorecard focusing on twelve specific criteria, including safety, performance, innovation, culture, and differentiation.  The selection process also included several rounds of interviews. 

Alison South was selected as the winner of the 2016 award due to their strong performance in all areas.  They provide event activation services for MAU, and created a Hiring Tour program to increase community event presence.  The program improves brand awareness and enhances the applicant experience in MAU’s local markets.
